Previous Repair Attempts
Please let us know if another repair shop or technician has previously worked on the charging port or motherboard.
Previous repair attempts may result in damaged solder pads, traces, components, connectors, or other motherboard damage.
Additional repair work may require an additional charge.
We will always contact you before completing work outside the original repair service.
Liquid or Physical Damage
Liquid damage, corrosion, impact damage, or severe physical damage may require additional repair work.
Damage to the laptop housing, motherboard, mounting brackets, charging circuit, or surrounding components is not included unless approved as an additional repair.
