However, malware infections, failing storage devices, Windows corruption, or other existing problems can result in data loss.
We strongly recommend backing up important files before shipping your laptop whenever possible.
Helton’s Computer Repair LLC is not responsible for data loss caused by an existing malware infection, hardware failure, software corruption, repair, testing, or shipping.
Data backup or data recovery is not included unless specifically purchased or approved as an additional service.
