• Motherboard damage

• Liquid damage or corrosion

• Previous repair damage

• A separate no-power or startup problem

If additional damage is discovered, we will contact you with an updated estimate before completing any additional repairs.

Additional repairs will not be performed without your approval.

Previous Repair Attempt Notice

Please let us know if another repair shop or technician has previously worked on the console.

Consoles with lifted solder pads, damaged traces, missing components, excessive heat damage, modified wiring, corrosion, or incomplete previous repairs may require additional work and additional charges.

How the Mail-In Service Works

1. Place your repair order.

2. Securely package and mail your PlayStation 4 to us.

3. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

4. We will inspect, repair, and fully test the console.

5. Once the repair is complete, we will prepare the console for return shipment.

6. Your PlayStation 4 will be shipped back with free return shipping.

• Your order number

• Your name, phone number, email address, and return shipping address

• A short description of the HDMI or video problem

• Any error messages or symptoms you have noticed

We make every reasonable effort to protect your console and preserve its data. However, Helton’s Computer Repair LLC is not responsible for data loss caused by an existing hardware failure, inspection, repair, testing, or shipping.

Repair Time

Most PlayStation 4 HDMI port replacements are completed within a few business days after the console arrives and is inspected.

Additional time may be required during holidays, weekends, periods of high repair volume, parts shortages, previous repair damage, or unforeseen circumstances.
