6. After the repair is completed, your controller will be shipped back with free return shipping.

Replacement Battery Notice

This service includes installation of a compatible replacement battery for your specific DualShock 4 controller revision.

The exact battery brand, connector type, rated capacity, and model may vary depending on the controller revision and current parts availability.

Battery life may vary based on controller settings, vibration use, light-bar brightness, headset use, speaker volume, gameplay habits, and overall controller condition.

Swollen Battery Notice

Do not continue charging or using a controller with a swollen, leaking, punctured, or physically damaged battery.

Please contact us before shipping a controller with a visibly swollen or damaged battery so we can provide proper packaging and shipping guidance.

Previous Repair Attempt Notice

Please let us know if another repair shop or technician has previously worked on the controller.

Controllers with damaged connectors, missing screws, torn ribbon cables, corrosion, modified wiring, missing components, or incomplete previous repairs may require additional work and additional charges.

Repair Time

Most DualShock 4 battery replacements are completed within a few business days after the controller arrives and is inspected.

Additional time may be required during holidays, weekends, periods of high repair volume, parts shortages, previous repair damage, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified if there is a change to the expected completion date.
