Important Service Notice

This service is intended for detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Cleaning may improve airflow, reduce fan noise, and improve cooling performance. However, it does not guarantee that an overheating, shutdown, no-power, or performance problem will be corrected.

If the console has a damaged fan, failing power supply, motherboard problem, liquid damage, damaged thermal pads, or another hardware failure, additional repair work may be required.

We will contact you with an estimate before completing any additional repairs.

Additional repairs will not be performed without your approval.

Thermal Material Notice

This service includes removal of the existing thermal paste and application of new thermal paste.

Replacement thermal pads, cooling fans, heat sinks, power supplies, or other parts are not included unless specifically approved as an additional repair.

Infestation Notice

This service covers normal dust, dirt, pet hair, and environmental debris.

Consoles containing insects, roaches, insect remains, eggs, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or severe contamination may require an additional cleaning fee or may be refused for health and safety reasons.

Please contact us before mailing a console that may have an active or previous insect infestation.

Please send:

• PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Slim, or PlayStation 4 Pro console only

• Your order number

• Your name, phone number, email address, and return shipping address

• A short description of any problems or symptoms

• Any overheating warnings or error messages you have received

• A note stating whether the console has been repaired previously

Please do not send controllers, power cables, HDMI cables, stands, games, external storage devices, or other accessories unless requested.

Previous Repair Attempt Notice

Please let us know if another repair shop or technician has previously worked on the console.

Missing screws, broken clips, damaged connectors, modified wiring, missing shields, damaged thermal materials, or incomplete previous repairs may require additional work and additional charges.

Data and Storage Notice

Please back up your data and remove any external storage devices before mailing your console.

We make every reasonable effort to protect your console and preserve its data. However, Helton’s Computer Repair LLC is not responsible for data loss caused by an existing hardware failure, inspection, cleaning, testing, repair work, or shipping.

Service Time

Most PlayStation 4 detail cleaning services are completed within a few business days after the console arrives and is inspected.

Additional time may be required during holidays, weekends, periods of high repair volume, severe contamination, parts delays, previous repair damage, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified if there is a change to the expected completion date.
