1TB Replacement Drive
The standard option is a brand-new 1TB internal replacement drive compatible with your Xbox One S or Xbox One X.
We do not install used drives pulled from other consoles.
500GB Replacement Drive
A 500GB replacement drive is also available and is considerably more affordable than the 1TB option.
To request a 500GB drive, please include a note inside the package when mailing your console. You may also contact us before shipping your system.
The exact drive brand and model may vary depending on current parts availability.
Important Data Notice
Replacing the internal hard drive requires the Xbox operating system and replacement drive to be prepared and formatted.
Games, applications, screenshots, videos, settings, and locally stored data on the original drive may be permanently lost. Saved game data connected to your Xbox account may download again from Microsoft’s cloud services after you sign back in, but cloud recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Hard drive data recovery is not included with this service.
